Your order will only be sent to our warehouse for processing once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

The minimum total order amount is €75.
The minimum order quantity (cut length) for all fabrics is 3 meters. For accessories, minimum order quantities vary depending on the specific product. Please check the product page for precise details or contact our support team for clarification.

When will I receive an invoice?
- You will receive an order confirmation receipt immediately upon successful payment.
- A final invoice will be available through a download link provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.
- If you require an invoice earlier or experience issues accessing it, you can request a copy anytime by contacting our support team.
Please note that full payment (100%) is required before your order can be prepared and shipped.

All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT. VAT (20%) will be added automatically at checkout for customers in France.

We use reliable international carriers, including DHL, TNT, UPS, and others, to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Important: All orders are shipped from France under the Ex Works (EXW) terms. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for customs clearance, local taxes, import duties, and any associated charges that may apply in your country.

Beglarian Fabrics sells high-quality deadstock fabrics (surplus or leftover materials from production). Due to the nature of these fabrics, minor imperfections can sometimes occur. These imperfections are considered acceptable and do not qualify for returns or refunds unless explicitly stated as critical defects at the time of purchase.
Below is a detailed guide of what we classify as acceptable defects:
1. General Acceptable Defects
2. Color Deviations:
- Slight variations in color compared to the images displayed on screens or physical samples from different batches.
- Minor shade differences within a single fabric roll, particularly noticeable in fabrics with melange effects, complex prints, or natural fibers.
3. Yarns and Weaving:
- Natural irregularities such as thickening, knots, or loops, resulting from the textile manufacturing process.
- Small snags or pulls caused by transportation or handling during packaging.
4. Prints (for printed fabrics):
- Small isolated specks or dots of ink or dye that do not significantly impact the overall appearance of the fabric.
5. Dimensional Tolerances:
- Fabric width: deviations up to ±3 cm from the specified width.
- Fabric length: deviations up to ±2% from the specified length.
If you discover a defect exceeding these acceptable ranges, please contact our customer support immediately. We review each case individually to offer appropriate solutions, including compensation, exchange, or return, always ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws.

If you wish to return your order, you must inform our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your items. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Accepted Reasons for Returns:
- Fabrics significantly differ from the description on the website (color, composition, or other attributes).
- Fabrics have defects exceeding the criteria outlined in our "Allowable Defects" section.
Return Shipping Costs:In cases of defects or errors on our part:
- Beglarian Fabrics will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preferences or non-defective items: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Wait for approval and further instructions from our support team.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
